Q. I’ve tried to purchase my Pass online and it isn’t working. What should I do?
A. There are times when our eCommerce system needs to be updated or is down for maintenance. During these times, you may not be successful in completing your Season Pass transaction. If this occurs, please attempt to make your purchase at another time. If you are still unsuccessful, please feel free to contact our Leisure and Travel Representatives at 877-445-0231 and they will help you complete your application.

Q. Can I purchase multiple Season Passes on the same application form?
A. Yes. If you are purchasing more than one Pass on the same application, we will require each individual’s information so that we can successfully track their records in our files. You may not purchase multiple Passes under the same name.

Q. Can I purchase a pass as a gift for someone else?
A. Absolutely! You will be required to have all the contact information to add to the application form of the person you are buying for. You must purchase the Pass online using your own address. It can also be billed to your credit card. The person you are buying for must also have a photo already on file if you would like the Pass to be mailed out.

Q. I have been a Passholder in the past, but have not received my mailings...
A. This could happen for a number of reasons, all of which are easily fixed.

  • If you were a Passholder last year but did not receive your mailing, there may be an error with your mailing address we have recorded.
  • If you have not purchased a Pass in the last two years, but were a Passholder prior to that, your name may have been omitted from our data base for this years mailing.
  • The Pass was previously purchased in another name and we may not have your personal information on file.
If you have not received a Season Pass mailing, please contact our Guest Services Department at 877-445-0231 ext. 6324 to update and/or correct the information on your file.

Q. I’ve purchased my Pass. When can I start skiing?
A. The beginning of the season is dependent on weather, however, it is always our goal to be open for the Christmas holidays. If you have a Super Pass or a 5 x 7 Pass, you may start day skiing as soon as the hill opens. 5 x 7 Passholders wanting to night ski, may do so (weather and conditions permitting) starting December 17, 2009. Night Value Pass Holders can ski Sunday through Thursday, from 4:30 pm to 10:00 pm (starting Sunday, January 3, 2010).

Q. My child is under 18, can I send a note with him/her to pick up their Season Pass?
A. Anyone under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian present to sign the liability waiver, unless the Pass was purchased online. Online purchasers will be required to agree to the terms of the release of liability at the time of purchase.

Q. Why do I need a Park Pass to access the TELUS Park?
A. The TELUS Park is advanced level terrain. To ensure the safety of all our riders, it is mandatory that each person, regardless of age, must participate in an orientation so that they can better understand the code of conduct and have the best experience possible when using the terrain.

Q. When is the best time to pick up my Season Pass?
A. Blue Mountain experiences a high volume of Passholder wait time during the December 27 - January 5th time frame. If you would like to pick up your Pass prior to these dates, you will avoid the majority of the rush. Alternatively, Passholders can also choose the Mail Me My Pass option, or buy/renew your Season Pass at our "Blue on the Road" kiosk during the Toronto Ski Show on October 16-19, 2009. Both new and old Passholders can upload their photos online at the time of purchase.

Q. Where and between what hours can I pick up my Season Pass when I'm at Blue Mountain?
A. You can pick up your Season Pass at Guest Services daily from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.
In early December Season Pass pick-up will move from the Administration Building to the Blue Mountain Inn Conference Rooms, located in the lowest level, at the back of the Blue Mountain Inn (through the doors and down the stairs facing the Happy Valley run) and will remain there until January. When Night Skiing commences on December 18th, 2009, hours of operation at Guest Services run daily from 8 a.m. – 9 p.m.

Q. Why did you change the Night Pass to a Night Value Pass?
A. The New Night Value Pass was designed to provide the value options that our guests were looking for, while creating a more distinct difference between the 5 x 7 Pass and the Night Pass. By eliminating Friday and Saturday nights, as well as Christmas holiday skiing, we were able to create a New lower price for the Night Value Pass. We feel that the Night Value Pass will provide the best ski and snowboard experience for all of our guests.

The 5 x 7 is also an excellent and competitively priced option. The 5x7 not only features 7 nights of skiing and 5 midweek days per week, but also includes skiing during the March break period. This Pass allows you to get the greatest value-priced skiing and snowboarding days per season.

Q. Are there any requirements for uploading Pass photos online?
A. Both new and old Passholders have the opportunity to upload their photos online, but it must be done at the time of purchase.
